Karen Platte, of Felt with Karen, has been working with Merino wool since 2004 and has fallen in love with the versatility of this fibre – including the endless possibilities of felting as a new form of 3D art. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of wet felting that can be adapted to make many different felted items. The workshop will cover how to lay the wool, how to add a design to your project, and how to make a small purse or notebook cover.
