• Woman-owned, with the majority of the head office and point-of-sale staff being women
• Online store highlights categories for brands that are women-owned, upcycled, handcrafted, or dedicated to making a social impact
• Orders are placed with initiatives such as Zenzulu, African Art Centre, Mogalakwena Craft Centre, and Sari for Change

Product and design

• Focuses on high-quality pieces that transcend seasons and trends
• Supports local artisans and craftsmanship through carefully selected designers
• Tailoring, alterations, and repairs are offered where possible
• Offering is size-inclusive

Packaging and distribution

• Offers reusable shopping bags
• Most packaging material is compostable and/or recyclable
• Clothing tags are made from recyclable paper
• Vegetable oil-based ink is used for labels, tags, and information tag printing, where possible
